These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 111bb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of 111bb at 111bb.club, including all games, sports betting, payment services, bonuses, and any other features made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use 111bb.

111bb reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after published changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility

To register and use 111bb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 111bb may request documentary proof of age at any time and will suspend your account pending verification if a request is not fulfilled promptly.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and for your own account, not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be accessing 111bb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Compliance with your local laws is your sole responsibility.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 111bb or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services. If you have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, you must disclose this to 111bb before registering.

111bb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where it has reasonable grounds to believe an eligibility condition is not satisfied, it may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and request supporting documentation before any further action is taken.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

111bb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may deposit and withdraw funds using the payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions must use payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit set by 111bb, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within seconds. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 111bb does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers to third-party escrow services, or cryptocurrency payments. Only payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of deposit are accepted.
• Any deposit suspected to be funded from proceeds of illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation. 111bb cooperates fully with any lawful inquiry regarding suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and mobile number used for the deposit. 111bb does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security reviews.
• 111bb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal. Only the withdrawable real-money balance may be withdrawn.

111bb is not responsible for delays caused by the player's chosen payment provider, network outages, or force majeure events beyond 111bb's reasonable control. Any applicable payment provider fees are the player's responsibility.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activity on 111bb, including live casino, slots, crash games, fish games, table games, and sports betting markets:

1. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or, for live casino games, by the physical outcome of real dealing equipment operated by trained dealers. 111bb does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
2. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard fault resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
3. Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed.
4. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 111bb at any time with or without notice.
5. Winnings will be credited to your 111bb wallet immediately after the outcome is determined and verified. Large winnings may be subject to additional verification before crediting.

In any dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by 111bb's server logs and the game provider's certified records shall be the definitive reference. Player-side records such as screenshots are not binding and will be assessed alongside the server record.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

111bb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, eligibility violations, and KYC non-compliance.
2. Failure to complete identity or age verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request by 111bb.
3. A request by the player to self-exclude or voluntarily close their account under the responsible gaming policy.
4. A lawful instruction from a competent authority, court, or regulatory body requiring 111bb to restrict or close the account.

Upon closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed due to prohibited conduct will have all balances forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 111bb — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of 111bb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or published without the prior written consent of 111bb.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 111bb solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not grant you any rights to the underlying intellectual property and may be revoked at any time if you breach these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

111bb collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and delivery of promotional communications where consented to.
